We worked with the client to develop a system to track Sales and Marketing leads from customer response cards, marketing lists (CI Data), and cold calls, thru the qualification and sales cycles, to the final contract or sales loss report.
The processes were:
- Develop Business Requirement & Functional Design Specs
- Plan the integration of the existing Sales Forecasting System with the new system
- Develop databases for Telemarketing sales scripting and response gathering
- Integrate Email notification of lead assignments to field sales reps
- Develop auto advance tracking for leads that were not responded to within 3 days – workflow elements
- Integrate the system data with the Oracle systems via Cashal
- Build and integrate the product literature mailing systems with the Sales Lead & Forecast systems
- Redesign & integrate the Sales Forecasting System
