In addition to the base module, PIN has several optional modules, which we have developed to address some specific business process needs. Not all customers need all of the modules, so we are offering them as separate options. Modules will run on the same server with the base PIN application.Each module is available at a price of $995 per module.
PIN Updater - Using PDFs for your GUI
So often when a knowledge user works with forms, they discover that some information is out-of-date. Although dynamic forms, such as PDF Fillable Forms, offer a convenient way for the user to update information prior to completing the process for the form, there is still the additional task of going back and updating the information in the Notes database.
PIN Updater, was developed to address this issue for our users. Available as an add-on PIN module, PIN Updater provides the ability to update the Notes database(s) with the information that has been modified/updated in the PDF form.
This can be accomplished by simply clicking a button after a user updates the PDF, which then sends the data back to the Notes database. This will either create a new Notes document or update an existing one, and requires no modifications to the desktops or application.
PIN Scheduler - Generating PDFs en masse
When dealing with standardized forms, organizations often have to be able to generate a large number of PDF's at a single point in time. Whether it is mass mailings, form letters, client statements, monthly reports, and so on, there is a large portion of an organization’s operations that revolve around the batch production of forms.
PIN Scheduler allows the user to plan what type, when, and how many forms need to be generated. It also allows for the resulting forms to be stored, processed in other applications, referenced by customers, or anything else you can do with Notes.
PIN on the Web - Delivering forms and data to a user on the web
Customers, both external and internal, are increasingly demanding easy, mobile access to information. Currently, Web browsers offer the most consistent means to provide data flexibly.
PIN provides a platform-independent method to easily generate standardized forms in a browser that can also work with PIN Updater to send changed information back to the Notes databases.
