The objective of this engagement was to upgrade the Notes servers on iSeries in a clustered environment, implement blacklist and rules, develop and coordinate a rollout plan for the client upgrades, train the regional administrators, and prepare the environment for a Domain Migration.

• Upgrade the server environment to R 6.5.3 in multiple states on the iSeries platform
• Reconfigure and re-implement clustering on the mail and application servers
• Reconfigure the SMTP servers to use mail rules and blacklists
• Train the regional administrators in the R6 version of Notes
• Implement Lotus Instant Messaging / Sametime
• Prepare the environment for a rename of the Domino domain
• Upgrade and reinstall the server based anti-virus solution Develop internal business applications.
